I sent the product to your address for return. What are the return procedures?

When the product you have returned reaches us, it is checked by the relevant unit whether it complies with the return conditions. When deemed necessary, it is sent to the authorized service to be tested. When it is determined that the return has been made in accordance with the conditions we have specified, the return process begins. Your order will be refunded within 10 working days. If you have made your order with a credit card, your credit card will be refunded; You will be notified by e-mail that your order has been returned.

In order to avoid damage when sending the product to be returned, please put the product in its original package, together with the waybill if you are an individual customer, and with your return invoice if you are a corporate customer. In the shipments made with the original package, the label of the cargo company, duct tape, etc. Even if the product is delivered with all its accessories and invoice, there will be problems in getting a return, since it will not be resellable.

Please send it with a note stating the reason for returning the product you want to return and the waybill if you are an individual customer, and with your return invoice if you are a corporate customer. The product must be sent with a contracted shipping company. (Products under X Desi with X Cargo / Products over X Desi with a contracted Warehouse)

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer for all reasons for return, except that the product you are returning is defective.

If you are an individual customer, the delivery note must be sent to us along with the product return, along with your return invoice if you are a corporate customer. Otherwise, product returns will not be accepted.

In which cases and how long can I return the product?

You can return your order as you received it (invoice and other accessories) within seven (7) days from the delivery date without opening, destroying, spoiling, using the product. Before returning the product you have purchased, it is obligatory to provide information about the product to be returned by e-mail. Send the product with its invoice, waybill and original accessories with the shipping company that delivered it to you. In addition to the return conditions, the return conditions differ for some category products.

What should I do if the product I ordered is defective?

All the products you have bought from tunavida.com are original and have certain warranty periods. All procedures regarding product warranty or malfunction in defective products are approved by the manufacturer/importer company. Tunavida.com has no influence on this issue. The service companies, which can be found in the product warranty certificate, in the instructions for use or on the importer/manufacturer's website, will support you regarding the defective product.
